Rental Property Lock Change in Waterlooville

A property management company in Portsmouth contacted us about a site in Waterlooville where the back door wouldn’t lock.

We found that the Adams Rite deadlatch had worn and was no longer engaging with the striker plate, leaving the door unsecured.

We had the replacement lock on the van, so we were able to fit it there and then and get the door securing properly again.
