Brighton uPVC door multipoint locking system

Owen the Locksmith was called out to a customer in Brighton with a failed passive door multipoint locking system, complete with two shoot bolts.

Unfortunately, they had previously been let down by another locksmith who had removed the old mechanism, taken it away, left the door unsecured, and was unable to identify the replacement part.
After assessing the door properly, we were able to identify the correct solution and get the door secured again.
